Nikolay Chebotaru is an iconic figure in art. His creative path combined the traditions of several cultures.
Born in 1948 in the Odessa region, he absorbed the sun and color of this region. He is a graduate of the renowned I.E. Repin School, where he formed his academic foundation. Since 1979, the artist has lived in Sevastopol. Crimea became his main studio, and Sevastopol his home.
Since 1992, he has been a member of the National Union of Artists of Ukraine. His works are in private collections worldwide and museum collections, and his participation in national and international exhibitions confirms his status in the professional community.
